Kandee G. is an author, speaker, and motivational force who specializes in business coaching to transform companies and inspire entrepreneurs through the creation of her Vision Program and Nothing but Good News radio show. Sasha Parker overcame a childhood in a German refugee camp, conquered cancer, and escaped an abusive marriage to go on to give back to her community, focusing on charities for women and children. In 1998, Judy Paul began her service to the Town of Davie as a council member, and in 2009, she became the mayor. From educational support to environmental projects, Paul has been committed to building and supporting Davie. These are just three examples of the 100 women who will be honored for their work in Broward County as business leaders, philanthropists, community leaders, and all-around inspiring beings at the “100 Outstanding Women of Broward County” gala on Wednesday. Held at the Signature Grand (6900 W. State Road 84, Davie), the evening begins at 5 p.m. with cocktails, dinner, an awards ceremony, and a special fashion show from Lilac and Lilies Boutique. Tickets start at $100, with all proceeds to benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County. Call Danielle Cox at 954-563-2822, or visit 100outstandingwomen.com.
