It has been years since the University of Miami Hurricanes have dominated college football. Hell, the Canes used to field what was close to a professional outfit, with multiple first-round NFL picks on each side of the ball every year. But times have changed, and now the U is just trying to claw its way back to respectability. The process is taking longer than many fans hoped, but progress is certainly being made, especially with Javarris James and Graig Cooper running the ball. A huge test comes on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. when the hated Florida State Seminoles and their quarterback carousel land in Dolphin Stadium (2269 Dan Marino Blvd., Miami). You can check out one of the U’s most heated rivalries for as low as $60. Just keep your fingers crossed: If it comes down to a last second field goal, UM will most certainly walk away victorious.
