It’s His Line

Comedians often evoke one particularly vested demographic. Latinos clamor for Gabriel Iglesias, and frat boys can’t get enough of Daniel Tosh. So it’s rare when one comedian can appeal to such a wide variety of potential showgoers, but that comedian is definitely Wayne Brady. Sometimes referred to as “The whitest black guy in the U.S.,” Brady most certainly crosses racial barriers. Having hosted daytime game shows as well as appearing in a gut-busting Chappelle’s Show cameo, everyone from grandmom to your little brother is interested in getting a closer look at Brady, and now they have the chance. Wayne Brady will perform Friday at 9 p.m. at the Seminole Coconut Creek Casino, located at 5550 NW 40 St. in Coconut Creek. Tickets are available for $30, $40, or $50 plus fees.
