When Andrew Dice Clay
rolled onto the comedy scene in the 1980s, his big mouth and crude attitude matched the decade: all big hair, bad leather jackets, and wild excess. In 2009, the fashion is tamer, but Dice remains largely the same. Clay's claim to fame is his thick Brooklyn accent, and reworked nursery rhymes that would make your mother blush. He is the only comedian to be banned for life from MTV, quite an accomplishment on a channel known for hot tub threesomes and dating competitions with women nicknamed "Bubblez" and "Peachez." Like most celebrities looking for a career boost, Dice himself is taking a turn at reality television, participating in the second season of Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice
. He's also hitting the road again, touring like his pompadour was still in style.
