Littoral Creatures is an art exhibit by Xavier Cortada at Broward College South Campus, Pembroke Pines, FL. The exhibits opening reception is on Thursday, November 20th, 2014 from 6 pm to 8 pm. The artist will present a lecture co-sponsored by Broward County Public Art and Design Program at 5 pm, immediately preceding the opening reception. The exhibit attempts to draw attention to the rich and precious natural preserves of Broward County's inter-coastal. In so doing, it hopes to inspire an awareness of our duty toward nature, nature's preservation and protection of wildlife, or our endangered "littoral" creatures.
