Men, never classify a lady boozer at a ladies’ night event - like Girls Will Be Girls tonight at YOLO’s O Lounge - as a cheap date. This hypothesis is faulty. Because who turns down free well liquor, beer, and house wine? Both types of women (the Grey Gooses and the Buds) will surely be drinking whatever’s provided. And men, if you ask if they’re enjoying the free beverages while you’ve got a top-shelf drink in your hand, be prepared to order one of YOLO’s signature drinks – because those are tastier and more expensive, and the sure bet to winning this social science experiment. Still, gentlemen, the O Lounge has hooked you up. Even though there are several other ladies’ nights going on at various bars, the O Lounge offers a couple more perks to draw in a female crowd. Every week there are Casbah Spa giveaways and a raffle - one week’s prize was jewelry. Another time a Las Olas boutique provided a little fashion show by having a model walk around in the store’s clothes. Really, which sex actually wins here?
