Notes From the Party Underground

The kittenish, titillating activity of the spanking enthusiast, of the metal head, of the vampire, restocks this Friday when the ball drops at midnight at Club X-It (219 N. 21st Ave., Hollywood). This marks the beginning of Electrolust Year Two. Once every month for the past year, a party made up of lusters gathers to a place where they feel free to show their underground sides (Note: Freedom in some cases is taking away freedom: Expect to see a few being pulled by collared chains). The latex lover, the exhibitionest, the foot worshiper... whoerever you are, all will toast to the continuance of this electrosexual revolution. You can also note that the only judging here will be for contests: Prizes will be given to best dressed and best fetish stage shows. Bodies will be painted. Fire dancers and fetish freaks will swarm throughout the club. Drinks will be consumed for those of age, but age 18-and-up are welcome to hang. As its MySpace page suggests: Are you looking for a crazy fucking party? Look no further. Pre-purchase tickets for $10; it’s 20 at the door. Visit myspace.com/electrolusthollywood or call 954-822-6350.
