Past, Present, and Future

A two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning author of numerous books and esteemed journalist of the Washington Post, Bob Woodward is coming to Fort Lauderdale to share his political insights and how it translates to the future. As part of the Fort Lauderdale Speaker Series, presented by Broward College, which started in October and will last until May 21, Woodward's presentation is the third distinguished speaker in a crowd of well-respected figures in the United States. While we can't tell you what's up his sleeve, you can expect that he will share riveting stories as they relate to politics, insights of his experience, as well as what he predicts for the future on a variety of current topics. Last, the lecture will conclude with a Q&A session so the audience has the opportunity to ask the burning questions that may not be covered. Woodward's lecture will take place Wednesday at the Broward Center for Performing Arts, located at 201 SW Fifth Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. Tickets are sold through subscription only and can be purchased through the AutoNation Box Office at the Broward Center for Performing Arts online, by phone at 954-462-0222, or in person. Lecture begins at 8 p.m.
Wed., Jan. 22, 8 p.m., 2014
