To go, or not to gothat is the question. And the answer, fair reader, is
get your ass up and experience
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)! Okay, so maybe you hated reading the Old Willies plays in school, but thats only because your teacher wasnt as entertaining as these three guys in tights. Besides, Mrs. Crabbypants couldnt break down 37 comedies, tragedies, romances, and histories (plus a few sonnets thrown in for good measure) in just 97 minutes. It took her a whole damn semester. Once you experience the performers machine-gun delivery and outlandish props, youll never subject yourself to Cliffs Notes again.
Get all iambic at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts (1300 Biscayne Blvd., Miami). Tickets cost $45 to $50. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesdays through Sundays, with additional performances at 2 p.m. on weekends, running through January 18. Call 305-949-6722, or visit arshtcenter.org.
Tuesdays-Sundays. Starts: Dec. 20. Continues through Jan. 18, 2008
