Many 19 year-olds dream of the day they can legally drink, but Andrea Ollarvide had something more readily accessible on her mind: choreographing a modern dance performance. Yep, shes the brains behind all four parts of the hour-long show Sketches in Motion, and shell even be performing the first quarter solo. Dont expect a tempo set by crackly classical music this show incorporates tango sounds from Carlos Gardel and electronica compliments from the Mexican Institute of Sound. Missing also are tutus and satin slippers, which will be replaced with formfitting costumes and clothing used as props. Watch the highly trained prodigy and her troupe of performers do their thing at the Klein Dance Space (811 Lake Ave., Lake Worth) from 10 to 11 p.m. General admission is $15, and students and seniors pay $10.
