Stretch Your Yoga Skills

You've learned all of your asanas. You've mastered your downward dog, moved from crane pose to firefly, and can fold yourself into a perfect lotus flower. You are ready to take your practice to the next level and share your yogic wisdom with others. Simply Yoga of Delray Beach is having an open house for those who think the body should have the flexibility of cooked spaghetti and a Courtney Stodden-esque ability to clear your mind, provided your clothes and sense of self-worth remain intact. Program instructors Edwin, Christine, and Mindy will be on hand to discuss Simply Yoga's School of Hatha Yoga and answer any questions you may have about becoming a yoga instructor or expanding your current practice. They'll also discuss yoga's history, philosophy, poses, breath work, meditation, anatomy, and more. Meetings will be held three times a month for seven months, resulting in a teaching certificate or a certificate of completion. Spots must be reserved through email or phone. Your commitment to the practice must be deep, however, because although the open house is free, the program tuition is $2,700. Simply Yoga is located at 2275 S. Federal Highway in Delray Beach.
