Team Jonas

Disney darlings, the Jonas Brothers already have to elude legions of fans trying to get close to them, so it's fitting that singer Joe Jonas would tether this rabid support into a charity event. This Labor Day, supporters can take part in the Joe Jonas iWin 5K Fun Run/Walk, taking place on the main campus of Nova Southeastern University in Davie, which is home to the Broward County chapter of the Florida Special Olympics. Register at firstgiving.com/jonasrunfl, and start raising money for the Special Olympics for a chance to drip your sweat on a real, living Jonas. It's $30 if you register before Monday, $45 the day of the event. The Brothers perform the next day, Tuesday, at Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. Find Nova Southeastern University at 3301 College Ave. in Davie, and for any questions pertaining to the fundraiser, contact Linda Mills by calling 954-262-2150, or by e-mailing [email protected]
