Sex Drugs Rock & Roll is a succession of ten monologues. Theres a drugged-up panhandler in a subway car, a washed-up rock star on a talk show, a phony self-made man showing off his swimming pool one by one, examples of human flotsam wash up on the stage and soliloquize. A survivor of the ΄60s generation rants perhaps rightly that the United States is ruled by malevolent televisions, computers, and supermarket checkout stations.
