“[Foundation Fridays] is a fantastic night that is consistently morphing and growing into what Foundation itself might be like if it were still around today,” DJ Jeff Wrye says, referring to the defunct ’90s nightclub, the Foundation. “The reunion is an event all to itself, filled with tons of people we only get to see this time of year, as well as all three of us DJs [Wrye, Floyd Kelley, and Brian Jacobs] making an all-out effort to re-create set lists that consist of only songs that rightfully bear the Foundation mark. It truly retains the same feeling we all had hanging out at that dingy nightclub all those years ago.”
