With a slogan like "18 to cum, 21 to swallow," you might think you know what to expect from Electrolust and its fetish parties, and depending on how active your imagination is, you're probably right. The outrageous, skimpy costumes, sex toys, and salacious double-entendres certainly abound, but curious outsiders need not fear the inexperience that shows from being first-timers. Because what better time to join in on the kinky fun than immediately after Halloween, when that overpriced Sexy Whatever costume is still fresh? Taking place the first Saturday of each month, November 5's theme at Knockers Sports Bar (inside Tootsies, 150 NW 183rd St., Miami) is "Bloodbath" and will feature DJs, live music, burlesque performances, and costume contests. Newbs are invited to come with an open mind -- and probably a lot of open other things. Check out Electrolust's Facebook page to see pictures portraying the dress code -- as well as many of the activities that will most likely be taking place. Hang back and just watch until you feel comfortable, and don't be afraid to politely and directly tell someone you're not interested. But remember, this is a fetish party, and anything goes as long as it is safe and consensual. Admission is $10 before midnight or online at electrolust.net or $20 at the door after midnight. Anyone dressed in full latex gets in for $5 until 11 p.m. Visit electrolust.net, or call 954-822-6350 or 305-942-8267.
