Tick-Tock Goes the Holiday Clock

By today, Hanukkah's in full swing and there are only 13 more days until Christmas. So, you can go to the ritzy malls to shop for gifts, or hit up garage sales (Maybe gems are found there!), and hmm… there’s also that holiday shelf at 7/11! Actually, we encourage you to skip the gift-buying there, but do purchase yourself a slurpee. Then head on over to the first annual Holiday Art and Craft Fair at 18 Rabbit (18 NW First St., Fort Lauderdale) today and tomorrow. There, you’ll find goodies made by local artists and craftspeople — unique, artsy gifts. “On the first day of Christmas, Santa gave to me…” — an Ed Hardy shirt just doesn’t sound right. But photography from Tony Ozegovich does. Call 954-990-4315, or visit 18rabbitgallery.com.
