It’s not a secret: Food trucks are one of the greatest trends to hit the South Florida dining scene. Who doesn’t like delicious food on the cheap? Even better: multiple tasty inexpensive options in one-stop shopping. Well, here’s your chance to get in on some food-truck roundup action: The Miami Food Trucks are going to be north of the 954/305 border. They’re getting together in Fort Lauderdale, just off of Cypress Creek. Every Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m., BC Tacos presents the Cypress Creek Food Truck Roundup. Entry is free; just pay for whatever you choose to eat. As with most roundups, multiple vendors will be present. The gathering takes place at 5201 NW 12th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale. Parking is free.
