If you aim to dress up like Gene Vincent for Halloween, head over to the Kreepy Tiki Tattoos and Rockabilly Lounge to stock up on wingtip shoes, vintage hats, and pomade. The retro accouterments, for both men and women, are being sold from a new section of the shop that opens with a big celebration Saturday night, alongside an art show called Day of the Dead. Kreepy Tiki is also sporting a new speakeasy lounge and a studio that’s rented out for pinup-style photo shoots. As owner Nicole puts it, “This place has become a mecca for rockabillies, hot rodders, pinup girls, and punk rockers in retirement” who come to “get dressed, tattooed, photographed, drink, and just be in their own element.” But you don’t have to be a D-cup blond or drive a muscle car to feel welcome here: Everyone is invited.

Kreepy Tiki Tattoos is located at 2606 S. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, right next to the Monterey Club. Admission is free and the party starts at TK p.m. For more info, visit kreepytikitattoos.com.
