Leno for President!

Much like a presidential candidate stumping for votes, Jay Leno will be making a pit stop at the Hard Rock Live (1 Seminole Way, Hollywood) at 8 tonight. And that kind of gets you thinking: Jay Leno for president? He started from humble roots and worked his way up, appearing on the Tonight Show in the ’70s, guest-hosting in the ’80s, and then finally taking over from Johnny Carson in the ’90s. He makes more than 150 stops in cities and towns across the U.S. every year, so it’s like he’s been campaigning for 40-odd years. He is certainly up on all of the issues of the day, and he has worked hard to cultivate an “Everyman” demeanor and a friendly rapport with the people. State of the Union addresses would be hilarious and get far better ratings. Head out to the Hard Rock and check out candidate Leno. Tickets range from $54 to $129 and are available through ticketmaster.com or by calling 800-745-3000. Visit hardrocklivehollywoodfl.com, or call 800-937-0010.
