The Speakeasy in Lake Worth is quickly becoming Palm Beach County's new epicenter of punk, hardcore, and all related subgenres.

That's mostly thanks to local duo On Fire Booking, whose promotional power in scoring big-name touring acts now rivals that of bookers at bigger clubs. Case in point: this show by Set Your Goals, a band that's commanded the stage previously in recent years at Revolution and Culture Room. The California six-piece takes a page from the New Found Glory book of combining hardcore-style gang vocals with power pop-punk for anthemic sing-alongs.

It's joined this time by Cartel, another punk-inflected pop-rock act that first scored mainstream fame for its appearance on the 2007 MTV reality series Band in a Bubble.
