Fact: The Beatles make everything better. Also fact: The benefits of yoga go far beyond physical results including improving overall mood and mental health. When you put the two together, you get a winning combination that is sure to give you a "Ticket to Ride" on the inner peace train. Of course, most people get by "With a Little Help From My Friends," so feel free to say "Hey Jude," "We Can Work It Out," and grab "Penny Lane" and let's let go of a "Hard Day's Night" so we can "Come Together" for yoga. It's the eighth year that Lynette Culp, organizer and instructor for Yoga in the Park, has been hosting a Beatles yoga session, which will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. Culp is a certified hatha yoga instructor at the 500-hour level and shares her love of nature and yoga with all who attend her weekly class at the Secret Woods Nature Center, located at 2701 W. State Road, Ste. 84, in Dania Beach. The class costs $10, but the entrance to the park is free; just be sure to bring a mat. Call 954-357-8884, or visit broward.org/parks/secretwoodsnaturecenter.
