All the attention is on Wednesday's New Year's Eve festivities, but anyone worth their weight in Miller High Life bottle caps will tell you: The big day is little more than amateur hour. Sidestep the overpriced door entries, drunken frat boys on holiday break, and sidewalk mystery puddles and start the revelry early with some true professional rabble-rousers at Vintage Tap during B.O.M.B.Social: New Year's Eve Eve Party this Tuesday. Standing for "Brotherhood of Mustaches and Beards" the pro-face-fur club will hold a meeting at this neighborhood juke joint open to all. "The party on New Year's Eve eve is a club social where we encourage members, new and old, to hang out. Nothing too special other than it's our first social here," says John D. Hazard, B.O.M.B. vice president of Lake Worth and the Palm Beaches. The bar has 20 craft brews on tap, as well as a full liquor bar in a Prohibition-era-themed setting. The festivities get underway at 7 p.m. at Vintage Tap, 524 W. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach. Call 561-808-7702, or visit facebook.com/vintagetap.
