The Whale Raw Bar & Fish House in Parkland is celebrating their grand re-opening with a party on September 15th.
The seafood house will unveil its new interior and new menu with free food samples, giveaways, live music, and drink specials all evening. Get there early to enjoy an open bar from 5 - 6 p.m.
The opening party will also feature a guest bartender and charity raffle, with proceeds benefiting Boca Helping Hands, a 501(c)(3) community support center for those in need, through food and assistance.
Danielle Williams, founder of The Whale Raw Bar,
invested over $10,000 to overhaul the restaurant's bar and dining area.
The restaurant's chef, Victor Franco, is also introducing 15 new menu items including
Bahamian scallops with sweet potato mash drizzled in vanilla rum-butter
sauce and spicy tuna lettuce wraps.
Williams is also introducing some new promotions at the restaurant, including the ongoing "on the house",
where the restaurant will pick up the tab for one table each night.
Each evening between 5 - 10 p.m., management will select one random
table to receive their meal "on the house".
The Whale is also offering guests a buy one entree:get a second half-off special.
From September 15 - October 15, buy one of the restaurants 15 new menu
items, and the second new menu item is half-priced.
