Chef Torres has shared an easy yet delicious recipe for Wasabi Crusted Filet Mignon, an Asian-inspired take on the classic.

Wasabi Crusted Filet Mignon

Wasabi Crust

6oz panko breading

2oz fresh chopped garlic

2oz wasabi

4oz mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and put to the side.

Take a 6oz filet mignon season with salt and sear to desired temperature.

Put oven on broil.

Add the wasabi crust to the steak.

Put under the broiler until crust is brown and crispy.
