Cuban Cube is serving its first meals tonight at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's food truck roundup tonight.

The truck is the mobile offspring of popular Miami restaurant Islas Canarias, and will bring traditional Latin flavors to the road. The truck will offer traditional favorites like croquetas ($1 each in ham, chicken, fish, and bacon cheddar), Cubanito sandwiches ($5-8 in vegetable, churrasco, chicken and croqueta), and empanadas ($3).

Interesting takes on Cuban dishes include the The Three Amigos ($7),

three fried green plaintains stuffed with fresh shrimp ceviche and Cuban

Cigars ($8), three fried pork wonton rolls with tamarind dipping sauce.

Take in dinner and a movie at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Tonight's flick is Spiderman. Food trucks serve from 5:30 - 10 p.m. Trucks include B.C. Tacos, Big Kahuna, Che Grill, CheeseMe, Cuban Cube, Daddy's Grill, Dim Ssam a gogo, Dog Eat Dog, Dolci Pecatti, The Fish Box, The Flying Saucer, gastroPod, Grill Master Cafe, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Latin Burger, Latin House Grill, The MexZican Gourmet, Moty's Grill, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, Nacho Bizness, Nacho Mama's, Purple People Eatery, The Rolling Stove, Slow Food Truck, and Sugar Rush.
