This week, raw food/"living food" mecca Christopher's Kitchen will have a special guest: New York-based chef Jana Keith-Jennings. Keith-Jennings was executive pastry chef at Pure Food and Wine and also worked at Gramercy Tavern before becoming a personal chef to event designer Preston Bailey. She's also a yoga teacher with a degree in sculpture and has developed expertise in health-focused foods.
This Friday. she'll be hosting a
five-course dinner at Christopher's Kitchen.
On the menu: heirloom-pressed salad, spring onion "calamari," kalamata ravioli, pizza bianco, pad Thai with kelp noodles, and vegetable corn tamales. That's followed by chocolate mousse and strawberry shortcake for dessert.
It costs $95 per person, and reservations must be made by tomorrow. Call 561-318-6191 to get in on the feast.
