Expo Alfresco: Eat, Drink, and Do Business in Hollywood

The 17th-annual Expo Alfresco is set to draw more than 3,000 attendees Wednesday evening at ArtsPark at Young Circle.

The event, billed as "the ultimate food, wine, and tradeshow experience," takes place from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, bringing together local South Florida businesses and consumers. 

Attendees will be able to sample food from dozens of local restaurants and businesses, including GG's Waterfront Bar & Grill, Jake's on the Beach, La Larraca Tapas Bar, Liquori's Fired Up, Los Pinchos, Mama Fu's Asian House, Sports Zone 84, Rivals Waterfront Sports Grill, Tijuana Flats, and Uncle Louie G's


Adults 21 and over can indulge in a free winetasting, sponsored by

Hollywood's Liquors & Wine, where they can sample more than 20 wines from

around the world.

Continuous entertainment will provided, including performances by local band Classic Rock Therapy, and the Kidz Korner will feature an art wall, drum circle, and kiddie cooking demonstrations.

Admission

is $15 for adults; kids under 10 are admitted free. Tickets are available for

advance purchase at the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, at 330 N. Federal Highway, Hollywood.
