24. Hot Pot Casserole From Gabose Restaurant
When most people go for Korean food, they do barbecue. And yeah, the barbecue is pretty fantastic at Gabose (order the bulgogi if it's your first time). But the hot pot casserole dishes have a depth of flavor you won't find in the barbecued meat. Best of all, it's cooked right in front of you, the broth and the meat of your choice simmering away among vegetables and noodles and green onions. As it cooks, snack on those incredible

garnishes that fill the table as if you're expecting company. When it's ready, spoon a ladle on a spoonful of sticky rice. It'll be too hot to eat at that point, so just let the steam tell you how good it'll be, all those flavors that simmered and teased you for so long.
