Maxim Gives Props to Rock n Roll Ribs

Maxim recently loved on the Coral Springs strip-mall destination Rock n Roll Ribs, owned by Iron Maiden drummer Michael Henry "Nicko" McBrain.

The 57-year-old rocker from London apparently toured enough in the States that he learned to make a mean barbecue.

McBrain (who also plays down here in a group called McBrain Damage), is probably stoked about getting noted for his smoked meat products. His restaurant's signature $60 plate named "The Beast" is named as one of the Five Best Dinners in the nation, alongside foie gras tortellini and braised oxtail stew.

Celebrities and chefs helped pick the winners -- and Rock n Roll Ribs was nominated by road/manager musician Rich Pierce.

Now we know, at least, the number of the Beast.
