Anticipation is building for this evening's Heineken Inspire concert at Miami's Moore Building (4040 NE 2nd Ave) in the Design District featuring Cold War Kids and the Hold Steady. Unfortunately for mustache fans the world over, we found out in our recent interview with Hold Steady frontman Craig Finn that keyboardist Franz Nicolay, who has a sizeable body of solo work and has also played with World/Inferno Friendship Society and Anti-Social Music, is no longer with the Hold Steady.

However, if we can urge South Florida music fans to flip ahead in their calendar, the charismatic Nicolay does want to pay us a visit. You see, he will be a tour keyboardist for Against Me! when they hit the Sunset Cove Amphitheater (12551 Glades Rd., Boca Raton) June 16 with the Silversun Pickups. (Against Me! will release White Crosses on June 8.) Although Against Me! has a more aggro side than even the Hold Steady, we predict that it'll be a solid new creative pairing.
