Rick Ross: Threats Won't Keep the Bawse from Performing on Christmas at Club Cinema, Pompano Beach

When Rick Ross told 99 Jamz that he didn't cancel the final dates of his Maybach Music Tour because of threats from Chicago's Gangster Disciples, we kinda didn't believe him. That was, until we saw that the Bawse is bringing his bulky beauty to Club Cinema in Pompano Beach on the b-day of the baby Jesus. Sort of the most fantastic musical Christmas gift ever, no?

Who's going out on Christmas night, your mom might ask? E'rebody, that's who. Now that Mr. Rozay celebrated his black bar mitzvah, he's not sweating JC's holiday too hard.

Being one of today's kings of rap, he's got real things to bring him holiday cheer. Though we won't know till January 10, for sure, it's looking like Ross might be up for a best original song Academy Award for his tune featured in Tarantino's Django Unchained. And, just this week, Ricky renewed his contract to promote the Diddy-owned Ciroc vodka. Fancy. Also, Ross announces the title of his upcoming release on New Year's Day (though you may not read about it till your drunken haze subsides on the second day of 2013).

Pretty sure God'll be forgiving Ross for bringing that 305-style to the 954 on the drunkest of all holy days.

Have a merry Maybach Christmas!

Rick Ross, 9 p.m., Dec. 25, Club Cinema, 3251 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach. Tickets cost $60 to $150. Visit Event is 18 and older.
