Sometimes, when I am feeling suicidal, I go to Sweat Records and stare at the fish tank.

I once read some Harvard study where they hypothesized that watching fish in a fish tank lowers you blood pressure. I think that it's true. Plus, Sweat Records has some awesome magazines, books, and really good coffee. Their couches are comfy, and there is always something cool going on there. BTW, that is my brother Adam at the end of the above video clip. He is one of the funniest people that I know.

Anyway, that night at Sweat Records, Gustavo Matamoros and Rene Barge were performing a "site-specific sound installation." I asked them to stand outside in front of the Biggie mural, because I wanted to ask about the inner demons.

Next door at Chruchill's, the International Noise Conference was going on. In the above video, I just couldn't take my camera off of that adorable young man with long blonde wavy hair. ;See ya.
