A sexual harassment lawsuit filed in Florida against former Texas A&M star and current Cleveland Browns rookie QB Johnny Manziel has turned out to be a hoax, but is nonetheless hilarious.

The restraining order was filled by a person using the name Samantha Schacher, who is an HLN contributor and co-host on Dr. Drew On Call.

The lawsuit was posted on the internet on Friday morning, and quickly went viral. Mostly because of some of the ridiculous, albeit funny, claims.

And by "claims," we mean, she complains about him having a very small penis.

The lawsuit, filed in District Court in Florida, has the plaintiff seeking $25 million in punitive damages over the emotional toll of having been harassed by Manziel and his small penis, supposedly, allegedly.

Among some of the claims from the lawsuit:

During last year's Nathan Hotdog Eating Contest, defendant Manziel sent me a naked photo of him with a ruler next to his erect penis that measured 4 1/2 inches, while holding up a sign "You know you want me, Samantha.

Defendant keeps asking me to strip for him at his boy, LeBron James' crip in Miami.

and...

Manziel told me if I don't want him because his penis is small, when he gets drafted by the NFL he will get a penis enlargement and he'll be Long John Silvers.

Johnny Manziel refers to his penis as his Vienna Sausage and told me good things come from small packages.

and...

Manzeil sent me a homemade video of himself at Walt Disney World on "It's a Small World" ride in the Magic Kingdom, and while the song is on, he puts the camera down and unbuttons his pants, pulls his penis out and jingles his penis to the music.

and...

Manziel keeps prank calling me with some 1990s song 'Don't Want No Short Man, Eenie, Weenie Little Srivel Short Man," which is disgusting.

You get the gist of it.

Earlier Friday afternoon, HLN confirmed that the lawsuit was a hoax filed by someone other than Schacher.
