29-Year-Old CEO of SkyZone Trampoline Park on Undercover Boss Tonight

Jeff Platt is the 29-year-old CEO of Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park, a Los-Angeles-based trampoline fun factory with 55 parks across North America. He visited his company's Pompano Beach location, which officially opened last week, to star in an episode of CBS' Undercover Boss, a show that features an executive working undercover to investigate company problems.

At the end of each episode, the executive ends up revealing his identity and rewarding employees with some sort of incentive. On the episode, which airs tonight at 8 p.m., Platt installs trampolines and cleans the foam pit, which he has trouble getting out of (see the trailer below).

He worried about being noticed by employees, but a disguise helped. Platt looked just as good as any Beastie Boy in the "Sabotage" video.

"They did a great job of making me look different with the thick mustache and long, shaggy hair," Platt said via email. "I did not alter my voice, but did try to have more of a subdued personality so I would be less inclined to get noticed."

Prior to the show airing, Platt could not allowed to reveal the incentives he ended up giving his workers, but one employee in the trailer tells Platt that he is "literally making my dreams come true." He said he found that by going undercover, he found that there is "room for improvement" within Sky Zone, especially with how the trampolines are cleaned.

The show airs tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS.
