Man Takes Woman On Date, Breaks Into Her Neighbor's House

Sean G took a young lady he met on Tagged out on a date.

The two went out and presumably had a lovely time together.

At the end of the night, Sean G drove his date to her house, before driving home, like a true gentleman.

But not before he allegedly broke into her neighbors house, put a gun to a 12-year-old boy's head and stole the boy's X-Box video game console.

What a magical evening! He might be the one!

According to a police affidavit, Sean G parked his car outside a set of villas where his date lived after dropping her off at Lucerne Lakes community in unincorporated Lake Worth.

The woman was sitting in her living room, winding down from her date, when there was a sudden knock on her door. It was her neighbor, saying a man had just broken into her home and put a gun to her son's head.

As the two ladies spoke, it became clearer that the man her neighbor described seemed to match the description of the guy she just had a date with. The neighbor also described his get-away vehicle which, coincidentally enough, matched Sean G's vehicle too.

Perhaps this Sean G was not the cavalier and refined man she was led to believe.

Perhaps the giveaway was that he called himself Sean G.

The ladies called and waited for the cops.

Authorities used facial-recognition software and a photo lineup image to match with pictures from Sean G's Tagged profile.

They quickly identified Sean G as the man whom the neighbor had seen walking around her house in the middle of the night.

Also, his name wasn't really Sean G -- it was Jean Elie Remy.

Remy, 23, was arrested in the 1100 block of Auburn Circle the next day. He faces home invasion robbery charges and is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail without bond.

No word yet on if there'll be a second date.
