- Opening arguments today in the trial of the week: Toby and Kerstin Fenn, accused of first-degree murder in the death of Elly Lorey -- Kerstin's 89-year-old mother, who had Alzheimer's and whose emaciated corpse was found in the couple's Boca Raton home four years ago. - New evidence indicates that another man's DNA is linked to the 1983 murder in Miramar of Ada Cox Jankowski, for which Anthony Caravella was convicted. But though a Broward judge signed the release order yesterday, there wasn't a child welfare services worker available to give him an evaluation, meaning he has had to wait till today for his freedom.
