Today, April 15, is tax day. Despite its nasty reputation, some of us out here will get the good news that there's a return coming to us. If that's the case for you, maybe you're up for a little sing-along -- especially if it leads to more fortune, in the form of a free meal.

Head out to Hard Rock Cafe tonight and "Sing for your Supper." Basically what you'll do is perform your favorite tune on the Hard Rock stage. In return, you'll be rewarded with a dish from their new menu selections (about a $14.95 value).

Here's how it works.

If you're 21 and over and have the pipes, show up at the Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood between 7 and 9 p.m. to perform. There's a sign-up sheet, so you may want to check in early.

You'll then be able to perform a song, accompanied live by the band Social Fly. If you complete an entire song (no matter how terrible), you'll get a free meal from a selection of items including a grilled veggie sandwich; arugula salad with shaved, marinated chicken; or a fiesta burger.

Added bonus: Ryan Seacrest will not be around to interview you about your talent!
