While we're big fans of noshing on multiple dishes from several food trucks -- even if it results in a serious case of the meat sweats -- many a food truck roundup is just about stuffing your face; there's rarely a higher purpose.
Tomorrow night, downtown West Palm Beach is getting its first ever food truck rally -- with booze -- to benefit Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
The sophisticated event is bringing together some of the best food trucks in the region with expensive cars, craft cocktails, micro brews, and plenty of other fancy libations and entertainment.

Taking place tomorrow night from 6 to 9 p.m. on the private lot of Palm Beach Motor Cars, Truckstop is combining sexy cars with tasty food and tons of booze.
There's a bit of something for everyone, with sweet and savory as well as Passover options.
Trucks include favorites, such as Bite Gastrotruck, HipPOPs handcrafted gelato bars, BC Tacos, Spring In, Roll Out, and Curbside Gourmet.
To keep you from getting parched, the event features craft cocktails, brews from Sweetwater Brewing Co., fresh squeezed juices, and Onli sparkling beverages.
In addition to drooling over Jaguars and Aston Martins, liver entertainment will be onsite, including demonstrations by Haute Yoga.
The event is part and parcel of the LLS's Palm Beach County "Man & Woman of the Year" fundraising campaign to support IT! EVENTS + MEDIA President and Creative Director Aime Dunstan in her nomination.
Dunstan is a survivot of Hodgkin's Lymphoma; she feels a personal connection to the fundraising effort. This year, she is the only candidate who has been diagnosed with and received treatment for the disease.
Blood cancers have affected more than one million people in the United States; a new person is diagnosed every four minutes. Leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma will account for nine percent of the 1.5 million new cancer diagnoses in the United States this year.
Proceeds from the 2014 Man & Woman of the Year will support LLS in their endeavors to cure blood cancers and improve the quality of life for those undergoing treatment as well as their families.
Tickets cost $125 at the door, all of which benefits LLS.
