Monday

Casa D'Angelo Chef Rickie Piper Cooking Course

Back by popular demand, Casa D'Angelo executive chef Rickie Piper is instructing another class at Chef Jean-Pierre's Cooking School. It takes place Monday night at 7:30 p.m. The cost to attend is $85 per person. (The menu has yet to be announced.)

Nicky's Week

Give back while eating out this entire week at RA Sushi. The Pembroke Pines and Palm Beach gardens restaurants will be donating 100 percent of the proceeds from a variety of menu items to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Specials include: Edamame, Tootsy Maki, Shrimp Nigiri, Pork Gyoza, Chicken Yakitori, Garlic Citrus Yellowtail, plus select beverages. The special starts runs through Saturday.

Tuesday

Beachfront Wine Tasting at Tokyo Blue

Starting at 6 p.m., Savor Tonight is teaming up with the crew at Tokyo Blue for fine wines and delicious bites overlooking the beach. For $25 per person, guests can sample 5 wines and nosh on hors d'oeuvres. Visit facebook.com/events.

Pop Up Cart: Peanut Butter Jelly Time

Peanut butter jelly was probably one of your favorite childhood sandwiches. While you probably don't think to east them often anymore, Whole Foods Market Fort Lauderdale is serving those little babies up for a good cause on Thursday. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the store is offering PB&J Chocolate Monkey 'Sushi' ($2) and Loaded PB&J's ($6), the proceeds of which will be benefitting The Pantry of Broward.

Wednesday

Cooking Class Summer Series!

Chances are you eat out a lot -- you are reading a food blog right now. Mix it up this week; Blue Moon Fish Co. is hosting a four-course gluten free cooking course on Wednesday. Starting at 6:30 p.m., chef-owners Baron Skorish and Bryce Statham will be demonstrating how to make several dishes, which you get to eat. The cost to attend is $65 per person, which includes the instruction, meal with wine pairings, and recipes. Visit facebook.com/events.

Girls Night Out

Ladies' nights usually consists of cheap house drinks and tons of dudes looking to pick up. Sure, it's cheap, but it can also be extremely annoying. Oceans 234 is offering an alternative to the meat markets this Wednesday. Starting at 5 p.m., it's Girl's Night Out is combining oceanfront drinking with sangria and shopping.

Flamenco & Spanish Rhythms

By the time Wednesday rolls around, most of us need to get out of the house and chill out. What could help more with relaxation than a little wine and live music? On Wednesday night, the Chimney House is bringing flamenco and Spanish rhythms to the outside patio starting at 7:30 p.m. The evening includes $5 Spanish tapas specials.

Boston Trivia Night

If you haven't heard, America's first big micro brewery is turning 30. To celebrate, Havana Hideout has been offering a number of special events to honor the breakthrough craft beer. On Wednesday at 7 p.m., it's series of Sam Adams tap takeovers culminates with a Boston Trivia Night. The winner gets a $50 tab.

Thursday

Women + Wine: Spanish Wine Tasting at Cabana

Ladies, if you're looking to learn about wine in a female-only environment, your opportunity has come. On Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., Savor Tonight is hosting its second Women and Wine tutored tasting at Cabana in West Palm Beach. For $25 in advance, $30 at the door, the tasting includes four wines paired with four hors d'oeuvres and the chance to learn about different wine regions, wine production, and more. Post Haste Health & Wellness Fair

Sticking to a healthy lifestyle can be tough in our fast-paced, toxin-filled society.
