The hotel is looking for around 75 people to fill positions ranging from front desk clerks to front of house staff to kitchen workers.

"We're looking for quality people," said executive chef Steven Zobel, who recently left Fort Lauderdale's Best New Restaurant - Broward County 2013 d.b.a./ Cafe to head the kitchen at the resort. "It's a newly renovated high-end resort and we're looking to staff up all areas. It's going to be a nice place to work."

The resort, which is a part of Double Tree by Hilton, is expecting new hires to start sometime around mid-January. According to Zobel, extensive training is involved for all positions.

With a high-end small plates seafood concept, casual bistro, and banquet hall, the restaurant side of the hotel is looking for servers, bartenders, bussers, part-time banquet servers, sous chefs, banquet chefs, line cooks, dishwashers, and more.

"We're basically looking for everything other than executive staff," said Zobel.
