If you've ever dreamed of learning how to cook them, dine alongside Pierre himself with a summer lunch series that teaches you -- and feeds you. Each series offers participants a three-course meal while listening to an interview with the man behind the menu. The chef comes out of the kitchen and into the dining room as Palm Beach Daily News food editor Roberta Sabban chats with chef Pierre, and the suppliers that help them create the magic that ends up on your plate. During the luncheon, Pierre will share his recipes, tips, and secrets. Due to limited space, reservations are required. Call 561-805-8562, or email [email protected]
