If you love food festivals, you don't want to miss out on this year's fourth annual Delray Beach Wine & Seafood Festival in November. Sure, it's a few months away, but that doesn't mean you can't start preparing to chow down and drink up now.

Tickets for the festival's private seminar series are now up for grabs, and sales have been so good that some seminars are no longer available, says Festival Management Group's Nancy Stewart-Franczak.

"If you're planning on participating in one — or more — of the interactive showcases, you might want to act soon," says Stewart-Franczak. "Two of Saturday's chef-focused events are already sold out."

Each seminar is $50 per person in advance, but tickets go for $60 per person during festival time (for seminars that haven't already sold out). All pairing seminars feature a different high-profile local chef who will prepare a series of dishes meant to be paired with several wines sourced from internationally renowned wineries, followed by education on the featured vintner. Seminar participants will also receive an etched commemorative wine glass.

Right now, seven of the nine seminars are available with executive chefs from Delray Beach restaurants including Cut 432, Max's Harvest, Hudson at Waterway East, Dada, and Caffe Luna Rosa.

The festival offers visitors a free culinary-themed stroll down the city's scenic stretch of A1A, which features more than 100 exhibitors, including popular winemakers from Napa Valley’s Cakebread, Plumbjack, Cade, Silver Oak, and ZD Wineries, as well as Sonoma’s Chalkhill winery and Italy’s Castello Banfi winery.

The 2015 festival will host a number of new events, including a Cupcake Vineyards Traveling Tour, live music from local and regional acts, and two wine gardens. Along with the food and drink, the Delray Beach Wine & Seafood Festival is also known for its vendor displays, highlighting dozens of local and national artists showcasing Florida coastal designed art and clothing.

The Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce will host the 2015 Delray Beach Wine & Seafood festival from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday, November 8. Admission is free. Seminar seating is limited. To purchase tickets visit dbwineandseafood.com.
