Old Town Untapped
The space in front of Bailey Contemporary Arts (41 NE First St., Pompano Beach) will be host to a craft brew and arts festival, Old Town Untapped. This recurring event is the first Friday of every month and features craft beer samples, food trucks, live music, and more. Admission is free. Call 954-786-7824.

Cuisines and Poetry
This event will allow participants to share their poetry, music, and more. Hosted at Pompano Citi Centre (1955 N. Federal Highway Suite 104, Pompano Beach), this month’s food is soul food. Admission is $10 for two people before 9 p.m. and $10 per person after 9 p.m. Food costs $10 a plate. Visit their Facebook page. This recurring event is the first Friday of every month.

Saturday

Wheelin’ Dealin’ Food Truck Festival
A plethora of food trucks will invade the Casino at Dania Beach (301 E. Dania Beach Blvd.). Trucks include Gene's Joint, Jerk It Cuisine, Jersey Dawg, Don Mofongo, Marlie's Delights, and more. This recurring event takes place the first Saturday of every month from 5 to 10 p.m and is free. Visit burgerbeast.com/dania-beach.

Yappy Hour
Save dogs and simultaneously imbibe at Funky Buddha (1201 NE 38th St., Oakland Park). Attendees who donate $5 or more to Good Karma Pet Rescue will get a wristband for $1 off all drafts from 2 to 5 p.m. Visit FunkyBuddhaBrewery.com.

Bends and Brunch
Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails (111 S. Surf Road, Hallandale Beach) will let guests say “namaste” with their yoga classes at 10 a.m. This is on the third floor lounge and is $12 per person. After class, enjoy brunch at 11 a.m. Email [email protected] to reserve your mat.

PizzaCraft Artisan Brunch
PizzaCraft Artisan Pizzeria (330 Himmarshee St., Fort Lauderdale) will feature a brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This includes bottomless mimosas and bellinis, Aperol Spritz, and a bloody mary bar. All Month Long

Burger of the Month
The Beach Burger has the prestigious honor of being Burger of the Month at Burger Bar (Donald Ross Village at 4650 Donald Ross Road, Palm Beach Gardens). Ingredients include swiss, applewood smoked bacon, beach sauce, and pickles.
