Mucho Gusto Returns With Pop-Up Dinner Series at 13 American Table in Boca Raton

Mucho Gusto, the pop-up pairing dinner party created by cofounders Jake Hébert and Justin Himmelbaum, is back in business.

This week, the duo announced it's found a new home for their creative culinary journey at 13 American Table in Boca Raton, a creative partnership they've established for a series of pop-up dinners that will take place every other Monday beginning December 5.

Over the next six months, the restaurant — which is typically closed on Sunday and Monday — will open its doors for a special Mucho Gusto takeover with an all-new lineup of pop-up dinners offering guests five to seven courses paired with a diverse range of beverages, from beer and cocktails to wine and agua frescas.

According to Himmelbaum, each dinner will have a unique theme, with prices varying depending on the event. The seasonal menus include local produce, fresh fish, and a selection of meats cooked on 13 American Table's Josper charcoal grill.

"We are really very excited for this partnership and expanding into Boca Raton," said Himmelbaum. "This event will be to Mondays what Taco Tuesday is to Tuesdays: the brightest spot in an otherwise mediocre day."

During each dinner, guests can also look forward to meeting others who share a love and passion for good food and drink, adds Alberto Aletto, owner of 13 American Table and Tucci's in Boca Raton.

"These dinners are just as much about the social aspect as they are the food and drink," said Aletto. "We want these dinners to bring together a community of new friends and acquaintances."
