The third annual Porketarian dinner series at Elle's is happening this weekend and if you're the kind of person who thinks it's divine to dine on swine (with optional wine), then you'll want to read on.

Elle's chef/partner Luci Rosende has put together a menu featuring as much pork, bacon, and ham as you could possibly fit into a multiple course dinner -- so sit back, make a pig of yourself, and enjoy the ride.

The porketarian dinners are $45 per person (plus tax and tip). They're served at 5 p.m. on Friday, September 28, and Saturday, September 29, and reservations are strongly suggested (call 954-437-0071 or visit OpenTable).

The porketarian feast includes:

First course: Croquetas de jamon (trio of ham croquettes) with a fig reduction.

Second course: Pork belly buns with kimchi, cilantro, and nuts.

Third course: Rigatoni with a pork shoulder ragout.

Fourth course: Pork tenderloin served with a walnut romesco and maple bourbon sweet potato mash.

Dessert: S'mores tart featuring bacon-studded graham cracker crust, chocolate, toasted marshmallow cream, bourbon caramel. Finished with (what else) bacon dust.
