New Times' annual food and wine event, Pairings, is all set to take place on September 15 at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. The massive victual session hooks up tasty offerings from some of the area's best restaurants with great wines, cocktails, and beers.
New additions this year include a beer garden and themed lounges (dessert lounge, etc.)
It's a gluttonous affair, to be sure. It's hard to try every single combo being offered, and some of the matchups are so perfect, you'll want to hit them again and again.
