Paris in Town Le Bistro (11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave., 561-622-1616), the younger brother to North Palm Beach's popular Paris in Town Le Café, has opened its doors in the resurgent Downtown at the Gardens mall in Palm Beach Gardens.

The 1920s-style bistro boasts indoor and outdoor seating for 150, views of Lake Victoria, a classically French zinc-topped bar and an equally classic roster of French bistro favorites served at lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. There's even plans to have a crepe cart park at the restaurant's entrance.

Duck liver mousse, pissaladiere, salad Lyonnaise and grilled merguez

sausages are just a few of the menu starters, with entrees ranging from

croquet monsieur and steak tartare to moules marinieres and the always

popular "Le Burger." There's a list of daily specials too, from duck

breast a l'orange to bouillabaisse.

Prices are pretty reasonable, with lots of dishes under $20 and most of the rest hovering around $25.
