In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we've taken the liberty of finding the best places to eat, drink, and donate for a good cause.

Here, a few local establishments that will be cooking -- and pouring -- for a cure:

Pinktober at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

To help raise funds for and awareness about breast cancer, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is bringing back its Pinktober campaign this month.

In addition to special room rates, special events, and discounts on items throughout the casino, you can enjoy discounted drinks. Proceeds from specially designated Pinktober-themed drinks will benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Gilda's Club.

Find specials like the Pink Ribbon Martinis ($6), White Zinfandel ($4), and Komen Cosmos for ($8) served at the Center Bar, Lobby Bar, and Beach Club. For each drink sold, $1 will be donated.

Second-Annual Pretty in Pink Party at Blue Martini Fort Lauderdale

All women will receive free admission and free raffle entry for the Pretty in Pink Party to be held at all Blue Martini locations on October 22 from 8 to 11 p.m. Raffle prizes include a designer handbag and spa package, and all proceeds will benefit Florida-based Glam-a-Thon

For more information call 954-653-2583.

"Tacos, Tequila, and Tatas Tuesdays" at Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar

During October, all three locations of Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar will donate a percentage of their famed Taco and Tequila Tuesday sales to breast cancer research benefiting Susan G. Komen. The event, appropriately named "Tacos, Tequila, and Tatas Tuesdays," is priced at $14.99 per person. Guests can chow down on all-you-can-eat tacos, including Rocco's signature chicken, pork, steak, beef, mushroom, shrimp, or mahi tacos, each fully loaded.

The special is available every Tuesday from open to close, and drink specials start at 7 p.m., including $5 tequila drinks and shots, $15 margarita pitchers, $3 Mexican beers, and $6 ultimate vodka drinks.

Also, in hopes of generating additional contributions, anytime Rocco is on the bar pouring free Patrón shots in October, he'll also be collecting donations. You can catch him in his custom-made breast cancer awareness pink patent leather shoes at all three locations.

Follow him on his Facebook page (Facebook.com/RoccosTacos) to find out where he'll be each week.

The "Pink Menu" at Buddha Sky Bar in Delray Beach

Buddha Sky Bar in Delray Beach has added some pink to its menu this October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The special menu -- composed of several dishes and drinks created by executive chef Tony Torres -- will work to benefit Susan G. Komen.

Throughout October, Buddha Sky Bar will donate $1 to the charity for each item sold off its "Pink Menu," which includes a spicy tuna roll, har gau dim sum (shrimp and corn dumpling made pink compliments of added beet juice), strawberry mochi (a Japanese rice cake with ice cream). Try the Dessert Martini (Qreme strawberry liqueur, muddled strawberries, St. Germain and Pama liqueur garnished with a strawberry), a decadent treat.

The "Pink Menu" will be available every day from open to close throughout the entire month of October. For more information, call the restaurant at (561) 266-9898.
