Following the Halloween debut of his Luna Lounge (207 Clematis St., 561/629-5241) nitespot in West Palm Beach, proprietor Osman Mehter has added a restaurant featuring the cuisine of his native Turkey.

Doing the cheffing is Rauf Ziya, a long-time industry veteran who was last seen in the kitchen of Anatolia in Boca Raton. Ziya's menu mixes such familiar favorites as babaganoush, hummus and falafel with regional specialties such as chicken Adana (ground chicken kabobs) and Guvec (meat and vegetable casserole).

Inside, the restaurant boasts ornate chandeliers, tile floor, nifty marbleized bar and tiny stage with grand piano. It's open for lunch and dinner daily.
