Moonfest 2010, one of the biggest street parties in the
area, howls on Halloween night from 7 p.m. till 1 a.m. on Clematis Street in
West Palm Beach. The party goes on till 4 a.m. at Respectables,

the gate) for free drinks and food served all night. Costume prizes total
